Project Overview
A dynamic, multi-video customer testimonial series edited for eTurns, a leading remote inventory management software platform. The campaign features real-world automated inventory success stories from various field partners and distributors, including Honeywell and Loeb Electric.
The central objective of this project was to elevate remote, desktop-recorded Zoom interviews into premium, high-impact marketing assets. By blending raw customer interviews with strategic stock footage and client-provided field assets, the series establishes immediate corporate credibility and highlights tangible ROI for prospective B2B clients.
My Role: Video Editor & Post-Production Specialist
I was responsible for transforming standard remote webcam recordings into a slick, cohesive narrative package, significantly boosting the production value entirely through post-production editing.
Key technical and creative responsibilities included:
- Hybrid Visual Storytelling: Elevating the standard aesthetic of Zoom interviews by seamlessly weaving a mix of client-provided real-world B-roll and high-quality industrial stock footage. This masked interview edit cuts perfectly while visually demonstrating the software’s real-world application in warehouses and supply chains.
- Structural Narrative Editing: Pacing each testimonial to follow a high-converting B2B storytelling framework: establishing the partner’s operational background, defining the costly inventory pain points they previously faced, and revealing the automated eTurns solutions that drove real-world efficiency and savings.
- Audio Enrichment & Music Design: Mastering and restoring remote microphone feeds to ensure crisp, broadcast-ready dialogue, layered over an energetic, professional musical bed to maintain a forward-moving narrative pace.
- Brand-Aligned Graphics: Integrating clean text layouts and subtle graphic treatments to emphasize key performance metrics, software benefits, and corporate branding across the series.
