Project Overview

A dynamic series of customer testimonial videos edited for ArchiveSocial (now CivicPlus Social Media Archiving), a leading B2B SaaS platform that automates social media compliance and public records preservation for government agencies, law enforcement, and school districts.

The primary goal of this campaign was to capture authentic, high-impact stories from public information officers and officials, demonstrating how the software provides peace of mind and slashes public record response times from hours to minutes.

My Role: Video Editor

I took raw, unscripted interview footage—primarily captured on-site at a major industry conference—and distilled it into a cohesive, fast-paced marketing narrative.

Key technical and creative responsibilities included:

  • Narrative Pacing & Storytelling: Sifting through multi-minute event interviews to extract the most compelling, high-converting soundbites regarding FOIA compliance, legal risks, and operational efficiency.
  • B-Roll Integration: Layering live event and conference b-roll to maintain high visual engagement and establish a energetic, professional atmosphere.
  • SaaS Product Visualization: Integrating crisp screen captures of the software interface to seamlessly match the speakers’ talking points, visually demonstrating how the searchable database works in real-time.
  • Audio & Continuity Polishing: Cleaned and leveled conference-floor audio anomalies, implemented smooth transitions, and maintained absolute continuity across distinct speaker profiles.

The Results

The final deliverables successfully shifted technical compliance talk into relatable, human-centric success stories. By blending raw conference passion with sleek product captures, these videos serve as high-utility middle-of-funnel assets for the ArchiveSocial sales and marketing teams.
